BIOTECHS UP 11% IN JANUARY, ALL ORDS UP 2.02%
The biotechnology sector continued to outstrip the All Ordinaries in January, with the Biotech Daily Top 40 Index up 11.3 percent to $5,292 million compared to the All Ordinaries up 2.02 percent.
The Top 20 climbed 11.8 percent for the month to $3,739 million with the Second 20 up 9.99 percent to $1,553 million.
For the 11 months from March 1, 2006 the Biotech Daily Top 40 was up 33.5 percent compared to the All Ordinaries up 18.4 percent.
